To get professional looking ebook covers for your projects you could obviously outsource the ebook cover creation process to a professional grahpic designer. However, this could be a costly process and if you are on a shoestring budget, it might be a better option to create your own graphics.

Using the GFX Writer I selected the template that I wanted to use e.g. ebook cover, then imported the image that I wanted to use for my ebook cover. Next, I addeds some text to it, added a shadow to the text, previewed it and voila – my ebook cover was created.

Both were created in under 10 minutes. Having a grapic designer create covers like this would have put you back a few hundred dollars. I created mine for nothing. And as you can see, the covers look professional and elegant even though I would not consider myself a graphic artist. As long as you can type and move images around, just about anyone can create ebook covers that they can be proud of!
